feeling a little awesome

Favourite childhood craze. This is a tough one to pick for almost anyone, especially for those who grew up like me with the likes of Pokemon, Digimon, Beyblades, Yu-Gi-Oh, and much more because every one of these crazes is connected to memories that just can’t help but bring a smile to your face. With that said, there is one craze in particular that even to this day, still manages to make me smile. That would be Pokemon (if the awesome Pikachu face did not hint at it already). Just think back to the times when everyone would save money just to get one small booster pack and just rip into it to see the treasure within or the way Pokemon cards were essentially a currency in the playground. Yes those were the days and it did not stop there because what would Pokemon be without the game itself. It did not matter that it followed the same formula each time because it was just so awesome to see your character and starter slowly work your way to the top until you were, “the very best, like no one ever was”. The TV show was also pure bliss especially with Ash and his trade mark turning of the hat. If you are still reading this I hope the memories of days in the past have rushed back into your brain and brought a smile to your face akin to the one that Togepi did whenever it joyfully said its name.
